Mi chiamo Cristian Cacciatore, sono nato a Varese nell’agosto del 1977, vivo in Gallarate (VA) e sono un fotoamatore. Sebbene abbia avuto un’istruzione tecnica, sono sempre rimasto molto affascinato dalle arti in generale. Amo infatti la lettura, la pittura, il teatro ed il cinema.
Nel 2013 la rivelazione; nasce in me la passione per la fotografia, uno strumento in grado di richiamare e stimolare sensibilità e trasposizione della mia interiorità ma, al contempo, di cogliere emozione da tutto ciò che mi circonda, con l’intento di divulgarne poi il concetto attraverso un’immagine, l’immagine come pretesto per dire qualcosa. Dal quel momento non esco quasi mai senza la mia reflex. Ogni istante infatti, è motivo di scatto, stimolo per “l’occhio del fotografo“, che poi è l’occhio del cuore e della mente.
La passione per la fotografia mi porta a viaggiare, ricercare e visitare nuovi luoghi, incontrare e conoscere nuove persone da cui traggo esperienze sempre incredibili, infatti, ringrazio molti di loro per aver contribuito, anche in modo significativo, alla mia formazione tecnica sulla fotografia.
È un’illusione che le foto si facciano con la macchina… si fanno con gli occhi, con il cuore, con la testa.

My name’s Cristian Cacciatore, I was born in Varese in August 1977 and I’m an amateur photographer. Although having a technical education I have always been fascinated by the arts in general, I love reading, painting, theater and cinema. In 2013 the revelation. Was born in me a passion for photography, a tool capable to recall and stimulate sensitivity and transposition of my inner life but, at the same time, to take emotion from everything that surround me with the intent to spread the concept after through an image.
From that moment I almost never go out without my camera, every moment is in fact shooting motive, stimulus for the “eye of the photographer,” then that is the eye of the heart and the mind.
The passion for photography leads me to travel, search, and visit new places, meet new people and get to know where I get more and incredible experiences, in fact thank many of them who have contributed, even significantly, to my technical training on photography.
It’s an illusion that the photos will do with the machine…they do it with the eye, with the heart, with the head.
